Twilight book series

Just finished reading the last of 4 books in the Twilight series. When I initially started reading (the 1st and 2nd books), I was a little skeptical. Although definitely a page-turner, it's very high school (a little nostalgic for me), very mushy, and a little annoying (because of the previously two characteristics). But as the story moves on, it got better and better. The fourth book really is my favorite. Similar to the Harry Potter series, display of camaraderie, friendship, justice, and love was truly touching. [Warning: spoilers ahead] Another aspect I really enjoyed is how the main character Bella, who was a klutzy and weak character, grew up to be one of the strongests to protect her family and friends.
