It's my first day working full time at our startup!!

Since I'm known to sleep half a day off on Sundays (especially with late nights on Saturdays), I was a little worried that I won't be motivated enough to put in good work once I start working full time at our startup. But apparently, I worried too much! I had a nice and productive day today. I woke up at the usual time and started working around 9:30 p.m. Today I met up with Galen and got some help on the operating agreement and a little bit on accounting. I did a little more research on other samples of operating agreement and finalized the copy we will review together this Saturday. After the operating agreement, I started a draft of our cost projections for 2007 and 2008. It still requires some work though.

Tomorrow morning, I need to spend more time to under the financial side of the company so that I'm prepared to meet with the accountant in the afternoon.

Time to call it a day so that I don't get burn out within the first week. Michael told me that I should take some time off to recuperate and reflect... to give myself some time to mourn whether I know I need it or not.
