Harry Potter made me cry
A couple of weeks ago, I was wondering when the next Harry Potter book is going to come up; then I realized, there was no more! Sadness... I really get my money's worth in buying books, as I typically forget all about them soon after I read them. I get a new adventure every time I re-read a book. Having read each of the Harry Potter books when they came out, it was time to re-read all of them.

By the time I get to the end of Book 6, tears came to my eyes. There were a few more tearjerkers in Book 7, the last book. I cried during sad moments when Dumbledore died and when Dobby died. I also cried when Dobby showed up to save Harry from the Malfoy house, when the Order of Phoenix gathered for the final battle, and when Kreacher led the house-elves to join the battle.
We cry out of sadness, from our sense of loss. But we also cry when touched, touched by display of true friendship, comaraderie, loyalty, justice, and love.
