P90X progress report

Today is the 1st day of my 11th week on P90x, i.e. Day 71. 70 down (I haven't done my routine for today yet), 20 more to do. Dude, I'm so tired. This exercise thing takes real commitments. We often don't start our exercise until 10:30/11 p.m., sometimes midnight, and on really rare occasions, even later; this means that we won't finish working out until around 11:30 till sometimes 2:00 a.m. We usually finish working out around midnight and get to bed around 1/1:30 a.m. Aside form mandatory P.E. classes back in school days, I don't think I've ever worked out this much consistently. If it weren't for the hubby, I don't think I could have hold on for this long.

We are now in Phase III of the program. During Phase II, I lost about 5 lbs. As the program progresses, I notice that I'm gaining a little more muscle every week, building up stamina, and loosing a couple inches off my waist! I would guess I've lost 2-3 inches and went down a pant size. I'm no longer huffing and puffing when I run up two flights of stairs at the theater. In Phase III, my weight has pretty much stabilized.

My sister told me that I have to stop loosing weight or I wouldn't be able to wear the $200 Rock & Republic jeans I bought just a few months ago.
