P90X

We started on the P90X program approximately 1.5 months ago. It's a 7-day set of workouts that consist of a different workout everyday (except every 4th week, which is recovery week). One key motivation for me to work out is the yummy P90X recovery drink. Thanks to it, we're not as sore as we would've been with all the exercises. In addition to the recovery drink, we also drink a protein shake Syntha-6 for breakfast once or twice a week. So far, we've tried the strawberry flavor and it's pretty good. We're fortunate that we started the work at this time, as there are plenty of berries to use for the shake. Yum!
