Agricola

The newest addition to my board game collection is Agricola.  I really enjoy the game. It plays equally well with 2 players and 3-5 players, which is unusual.  It's game about farming, with many ways to get points, and diversity as almost a must as part of the strategy.  Players expand their houses, have babies (who grow up to be farm-hands), grow grain & veggies, build stables, fence up pastures, and raise sheep, wild boar, and cattle.  Animeeples (for sheep, wild boar, and cattle) are sold separately, but so worth the ~$10 they go for, as they certainly add to the fun!
