Photography books

A few of our friends have asked for photography book recommendations. A good friend and fellow photography enthusiast Peter Ridge gave us Scott's Kelby's digitabl photography book set (1st photo/link below) last xmas. Unlike other non-fictions collecting dust on our shelves, we could not put these two books down! It doesn't go into the theories behind photography, but provides simple, easy-to-read 1-pager lessons/tips. My kind of book!

As of the writing of this blog entry, the price for individual books combined is about the same (cents cheaper) than the set.
